The color is like fresh and taste is very good too because the drying process just use 40-60 degree centigrade by vacuum condition. Freeze drying also have good color but the taste is not very good because of long time frozen. Microave dried fruit can control the final water percent to make soft fruit slices, crispy fruit snack food or mill fruit powder. Recently more and more fruit factory use vacuum microwave fruit dryer because its higher cost performance.
